For service businesses with a team
Who this is for
Creative and service businesses with a team of ten to thirty people, real revenue, and a team that is too busy doing the actual work.
What’s usually the problem at this size
Most of what you’re running now was set up when the business was smaller. The website was right when it was built. The tools were the right tools. Enquiries came in, and everyone knew whose they were. Then you grew, but your systems didn't.
So the site answers questions nobody asks any more, enquiries sit for a day and a half, marketing happens in bursts when someone has an afternoon, three tools each do half of each other’s jobs, and the only way to tell whether any of it is working is how busy the week feels.
That isn’t a competence problem. It’s a systems problem.
How we work
The Reeshè method applies the same five steps to a one-person shop and a thirty-person firm. What changes is the depth, not the sequence.

Our solutions
Our 1:1 engagements are designed for businesses that don’t need all five steps. Most need one of them done properly, and need to know which one first.
So the work runs in that order. Find the constraint. Fix it. Then keep it running without you. Every stage looks at where AI earns its place in your systems and where it doesn’t.
What you end up holding is a thing, not a recommendation: a defined offer and a price, a positioning statement and the words to use everywhere, a rebuilt enquiry path, email and text sequences that run on their own, a CRM with segments that match your audience and funnel, templates for the things you write every week, calendar, and three numbers that tell you whether any of it is working.
Find it:
The Marketing Audit
We go through all five steps against your actual business and come back with one answer: which step is holding the other four, and what it’s costing you. Not a list of twenty things.
You end with a written brief naming the constraint and the evidence for it, the three things to do first, and a working session to go through all of it.
That’s yours whether or not you do anything else with us.
It’s the only engagement we offer to someone we haven’t worked with. Everything else follows from what it finds.
Fix it:
The Build
One step, built alongside you rather than handed over as a recommendation. The audit names which one. What built means depends on the gaps identified in the audit.
We build it in your tools. You own all of it, so nothing stops working if you stop working with us.
Keep it running: Fractional marketing
Someone senior owning the whole function, part-time. For businesses that need marketing, run rather than a finished project.
A full-time marketing director costs three to four times this.
Where AI fits
If you run a small business in 2026 and you haven’t completely decided against it, you’ve probably at least tried some AI tools. We’re not going to pretend we have access to something you don’t.
What we have is that we use these tools every day in real work, and we keep up with both halves: what’s technically possible this month, and what it costs the people on the other end. That changes fast. We do too. We read, we test, we change our minds, and we tell you when we do.
At your size, this is the difference between what you can produce and what you can’t. A fifteen-person company can now put out what used to take a marketing department. But only in some places, and the places people reach for first are usually the wrong ones.
In the audit, we map both halves: where it would genuinely save you time, and where it would cost more than it saves. If your advantage is that a real person picks up the phone, automating that away is how you lose the thing you’re selling.
In a build, it goes where the work repeats, and the stakes are low. And when we say build, we mean with you as much as for you. Put us in front of your website on Wix, your check-out page on Squarespace, your CRM, whatever you actually run on, and we’ll build in it. Or we build next to you while you learn it. Or you build, and we’re there when it breaks office hour style. Soil will tell us which of those suits you before you sign anything.
You end with it running in your tools, and the rules written down: what it does on its own, what it drafts for a human to approve, and what it never touches.
We recognize the ethical and creative values that might guide your decisions in adapting AI and the value of our neighborhoods' human networks. Two rules govern anything we build. We don’t automate away the work that is the reason your business exists. And we don’t take the person out of the places a customer needs one.
We encourage you to read our full AI principles.
