Why this is worth doing together
Our shared goal is that the businesses you support will still be here in three years. Most Philadelphia businesses that close are not short on talent; they failed at the structure around it. Systems are what make business processes repeatable.
That’s a fixable problem, and the usual fix is a person. A business advisor who can genuinely help forty one-person businesses is a full-time salary line, and the demand is uneven.
We’re how you offer that support as a program instead of a payroll line. You bring the businesses and the trust you’ve already built with them. We bring the blueprints, the facilitation, and the diagnostics.
What we offer to our partners
A Seed series, delivered to your constituents and/or tenants. Five short workshops covering one part of the business: pricing, brand, marketing, product design, or client delivery and operations. Run as a cohort, at your site.
Every participant starts with Soil, our free assessment, so we arrive knowing what each business actually needs rather than teaching to an imagined middle. You get the aggregate picture of your constituency back: where the businesses in your portfolio are strong, where they’re stuck, and what they have in common. Most organizations have never had that written down.
Participants leave each session with a finished, actionable blueprint.
A note about Reeshè, today
Reeshè is a small practice in Philadelphia. We’ve delivered this work one business at a time, and we’re building the cohort version now; a sister nonprofit is in formation and will expand access to the same programs.
